KBS Hires Jeff Otott as Operations Manager

KBS is pleased to announce its recent hire of Jeff Otott, who rejoins the KBS team as the Operations Manager. In this capacity, Otott will lead KBS’s Sales and Service Team while overseeing the Project Development Team. Otott’s proven background in planning grain management solutions profitably and ensuring quality performance in agricultural building and processing industries will help ensure that KBS continues to grow as a leader within the agricultural operations market. “Jeff added significant value to our team during his previous tenure,” said KBS CEO Nancy Babcock. “We’re glad to have him on board again.”

Otott comes to KBS with over 20 years of experience in agricultural markets. Most recently, Otott spent 2 years at KBS as a sales associate and project manager, providing customized grain management solutions for farming operations to a global market. Prior to that, he was a grain processing manager at North Central Kansas Processor for 8 years. He started his career as a loan officer at Citizens National Bank, specializing in loans for agricultural operations. He holds a BS degree in Animal Science and Industry from Kansas State University.

Otott’s appointment follows another year of significant growth and development at KBS. “KBS is experiencing continued company growth and increasing customer interest in the wake of the InstaPIT launch,” said Babcock. “Otott’s depth of experience, leadership acumen, and track record of success are ideal for KBS’s next major phase of growth.
